Leoni has been really helpful and put this slightly nervous bride’s mind at rest. One tip, make sure you know how big they are, I totally underestimated what the actual size would look like. It went really well with our bunting-filled marquee. Really beautiful and great quality. Thoughtful and quick responses from the seller too. Highly recommend!

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Shipping
It is very unlikely but if your item does not arrive in perfect condition then please contact me immediately and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
UK
Samples are sent Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Please let me know if you would like it to be signed for and I will add that to the listing. Parcels are sent 1st Class Recorded Special delivery (unless stated otherwise) and will require a signature on arrival. If you need a RUSH order please get in touch and it can be sent ‘Guaranteed Next Day Delivery’.
OVERSEAS
Samples, Bridesmaid Cards and small items are sent Royal Mail Standard Airmail delivery can take approx 14 days. In the run up to Christmas it will take longer. Items are not deemed 'lost' until 30 days after dispatch date.
Custom orders are sent International Tracked.
International Tracked items are electronically scanned at 6 different points, in the UK and overseas to the point of delivery. Cheaper delivery options are available but can take longer and are not tracked.
Shipping is estimated at 6-8 days. However customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This does not happen very often but can occur and this is beyond our control.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
**Pressed Flowers**
Pressed flowers cannot be sent to some countries please ensure that it is OK to send to your country.
I have not included all countries in the shipping options so if this is the case for you please contact me if you wish to buy a sample.
